Up to 4 players can cooperate or compete for supremacy via online multiplayer.
The game is by far and away the most friendly grand strategy game to get into for a beginner, the graphics are easy on the eyes and the mechanics are simple.

Love the civs franchise! The dlc is a bit pricey when not on offer but there's always plenty added when you acquire it
