You should buy this version.
I already had the base game since some years ago, but when I tried playing with mods again these days, I needed all the dlc's for them to work.
It's cheaper than buying the season pass, but it's the same thing. Just leaving the message I needed to read when I had doubts about buying it.

Best Fallout IMO
In my own opinion, this is the best Fallout experience. Story line is top tier albeit having Preston Garvey constantly in your ear "ANOTHER SETTLEMENT NEEDS OUR HELP", graphically holds up very well even with it being 8 years old now. The wide array of weapons, armor and power armor is un-rivalled, creating a truly unique experience on every playthrough. I couldn't recommend this game anymore.

Still a good game (with mods to make it work) but not as good as Fallout Las Vegas
