I bought a code and am not able to redeem it. It is for a different region than where I am. So far customer service has not been able to help me out.

You will receive 4 (3 month codes) which can all be added back to back to equal 12 months of service. From what I have researched you can’t do more than 12 months for redeeming codes. Overall great price for 12 month of Xbox live.

Xbox One Console / Xbox Series X|S Console:

Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide, and then select Store.
Press the View button on the controller to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

On your PC or phone’s browser, navigate to https://redeem.microsoft.com
