I am glad that I got the product key via email after I place the order on Cdkeys website. Once I type down product key on Steam Client, the activation worked successfully. And lastly, I also got additional product key which is the Preorder Bonus: The Last Chance Pack. As a result, the activation worked no problem at all. All in all, I'm happy with Cdkeys and it well worth paying half of the price, compared to Steam price.

Yes, you can pay full price on Steam in order to get refund. But the choice is up to you to decide, whether you want to pay half the price without refund or pay full price on Steam to get refund, in case if you don't like the game.
