Un anno fa ho dovuto richiedere l'assistenza immediatamente dopo l'acquisto (in giorno festivo), perché inizialmente il codice sembrava non funzionare. L'assistenza mi ha risposto in meno di 24 ore e ha fatto tutti i controlli del caso nel giro di ulteriori 48: tempestivi ed efficienti. Ad ogni modo dopo 48 ore il codice è stato regolarmente accettato da sé dal sistema PlayStation (problema già riscontrato da una certa minoranza di utenti).
