i have tried demo street fighter VI and i think guility gear strive is better.

Solid Fighter
Pretty friendly for beginners but you have to put in work if you want to master. I've had a lot of fun online and this is the first fighter I've played in years.

Some goods, and some bads
Everything you've read is true, both good and bad! The end product is something that seems to have simplified the overall gameplay for new players, instead of adding new training tools to help new players actually get good. The end result is a game that lacks depth, IMHO, and feels sub-par and outdated in its training mode tools.

An amazing experience!
I hate fighting games - I love GG-Strive. It feels very fair and when I lose I understand why. I've played Dragonball FighterZ and absolutely hated it. I was worried this would be similar because they are both ArcSystems, but there's no resemblance. The mechanics are easy to start and challenging but rewarding to get into. The variety of characters is great, and the netcode is the best ever. I highly recommend this game.
