beast game you could get addicted to
i have played this game before and I played it like 15 time or more. i did get bord playing it so much so i got mode to make if fun and for a challenge.

My Expierence So Far
Good game for beginners in the RE games collections, I enjoyed every bit of the gameplay, it's zombies all around lol. Mr. X. is a pain in the ass not going to lie; he keeps haunting you through the game and it wasn't easy to kill at the end. ;=; Some jump scares made me on edge, but in my opinion, RE7 was scarier :)

Worth the Price; Overall Great Game :D

RESIDENT EVIL 2
capcom has remastered and redesigned a game I thought I knew inside out! Two characters, two stories, and two different ways to play. The enhancements are game changers from room-cleared icons to knowing when an item is all used up, The zombies react more realistically than ever before, and it's a game that is hard to put down. Oh and then you have Mr X chasing you at all times and can go in ANY ROOM.

Worth it
I saw the new resident evil 4 come out and wanted to try it out but I thought maybe I should try some of the first ones before 4. I went on steam and saw the remasters selling for $40. My friend mentioned cd keys and got it for only 8 right away. Was worth the money.

Loved it
This is a review from someone who has not played the original so I cannot compare.

But I friggin loved this game! I got some good scares from it, good clips on my twitch channel from my friend. My friend who is an RE speed runner was guiding me into all the death trap locations he could think of without letting anything on! The mechanics could be a little weird sometimes but I remember that from old school games. But overall the story was enjoyable, the characters were nicely designed it was a pretty fun experience!

Masterpiece
This game expands greatly on the original game from 1998 the puzzles add a great challenge to the game. The small narrow corridors and audio immerse you and give you a sense of tension and fear. The inventory management is perfect just enough to challenge you and make you seek for hip pouches but not enough for it to become a nascence. Overall this game is a great and must play experience.

Best Remake ever Made
This is the best remake i’ve ever played. THIS is how you remake a game. This should be the Gold standard of any remake now, it has set a standard that I feel no remake has ever reached yet with any other franchise. This game is so scary, it’s so intense but will have you wanting to play more.

The best.

very fun, well made remake. they stuck too the original lore. easy controls. amazing gory visuals. creepy. I highly recommend this game for both new and veteran R.E fans. I wish the game was longer. also players are rewarded for completing the game super fast. I prefer to take my good sweeet time, but I found the game was still very short. Mr.X stressed me the hell out....that is all..

Amazing graphics and breathtaking gameplay! I’ve learned some new things while playing this game: Leon is a great character, Claire is hot, Ada is hot and a ♥♥♥♥♥, you have to manage your ammo properly, Mr. X is terrifying as hell and keeps following me because I made him lose his hat, and it has strengthened my love for the Resident Evil games. I can’t recommend this game enough if you are into scary spooky spooky stuff. Buy it if you have a few bucks to spare, or wait for a sale if you’re a bargain hunter. And while you’re at it, buy some of the other RE games. I promise it’ll be worth it.

An Amazing Remaster!
In short this game is absolutely horrifying, the graphics are absolutely insane on a low end card (1050 Ti) like mine and i cant even begin to comprehend how amazing it will look on higher end cards. All 4 stories are brilliant and a real challenge! Do yourself a favor and pick up this game!

Fantastic game, audio and visuals are top quality. Storyline takes you through all kinds of environments. However, I know I am the minority by saying this but I think the police station part dragged on a bit. Also, the addition of 4 different playable storylines is kind of pointless i've heard because not a lot of the actual story changes. 9/10 Game other than that.

Remakes done right.
This is a shining example of a remake done right. If you can get this under 30 bucks you are getting a steal. RE7 still holds the crown for me personally but this is probably a close second.
