The game has had so many freaking editions at this point that its silly to pay more than £12 for a game that is over 12 years old. i dont care how many times they keep relaunching it. its been 12 years. and they are still trying to milk people for near enough full price... Too good to be true
By far the best immersive open world RPG game in the history of OWRPG's. With a massive expanse of open world terrain to explore, and countless dungeons to delve into and conquer, Skyrim is truly a legendary game of the ages. Over 10 years after it's initial release, and people still actively develop mods for it, myself included. That's got to say something in it's own right about how bloody brilliant this game truly is. A must own title
Skyrim is a generational game that you will probably end up owning on all of your consoles. The meme exists for a reason and it's nothing to do with Bethesda greed: people - like myself - buy Skyrim when they fancy something familiar and comforting. Maybe you haven't got a PC anymore, so you buy it on your Xbox. Maybe you have a new child and gaming has taken a back seat, buy it on your Switch then. If you like RPGs, high fantasy and the Bethesda 'feel', you won't regret buying Skyrim. Morrowind and Oblivion are also very playable, even in 2023.

Good game, but require so many mods
This game is so good and feeling freedom for me. But this game is too old, so graphic quality and control is hard to say 'good'.

If you want to play this game, you have to download and apply it. It is maybe hard and difficult, even if you have trouble to your computer. Because add some mod is require computer resourse much more than original Skyrim.

Great game - Not so great copy
An incredibly cheap price paired with 3 DLC's is pretty amazing, only downside is the copy I have has corrupted files that I can't verify or repair and reinstalling didn't do the trick. Bugs range from water making the game stutter, stopping you from even drawing your weapon by a river or lake, to opening a cabinet with things on top of it or even opening a door with some stuff on the floor will freak the objects out and send them flying across the room. Did I mention this acts like a frag grenade and can just instantly kill you? Also doors don't work sometimes, sometimes it's just outright blocked by an invisible wall, other times it just sends you back to where you were, rubberbanding like a cod game. Now it's certainly playable, but it can make things incredibly difficult, so a new copy or at least some tips on how to troubleshoot the thing would be greatly appreciated :)

I recommend this game to my father in law, and its a game we always talked heavily about. This is one of the few games that exists that is so amazing to play by default, but becomes endlessly better with the absurd number of existing mods that can be applied to it. You can literally turn Skyrim into just about anything you want. Build your own offline fantasy rpg.

The base game was amazing in 2011 however 10 years later mods are almost essential so use use nexus mods to help with variety like immersive armour,weapons and creatures and for graphics use realistic lighting overhaul,total character makeover,quality world map and enhanced blood textures to catch the game up with quality.

A game that is not played, it is lived in. Interesting seamless world of the ancient scrolls. A variety of quests, both main and secondary. Civil War. Confrontation between vampires and their hunters. On the instructions of the Dark Brotherhood, it is necessary to kill the emperor. Dragons!

I just bought this game for destroying my new rig. Yes, I played it before ( the LE version ) with 100+ hours. Kinda just want to have fun with this one.

Very interesting game

Pretty good for a meh game
If you've played Skyrim before, this is Skyrim but prettier. If you haven't...
This is a great game! But it also really lacks in areas.. This game feels contradictory every time I play it, it's great because it is fun, and has allot to explore and play with. Once you get bored you can just add mods and keep playing.
There's an issue though; this is a bad RPG. Much like all the Elder Scrolls games this one reaches so close to being perfect it hurts when it falls short. This game will steal weeks of your life from you, then you'll figure out how every system works and get sick of it. Likely literally sick because you haven't eaten in several hours or days and sleep is a distant memory. I think you can tell by now that I'm conflicted about this game. It's wonderful, but I hate it. It's fantastic and beautiful but I can't help but see right through it's shallow design. This game is a stepping stone for the Elder Scrolls series towards being just another generic casual game. I know I'm not alone in thinking they could have leaned more into the RPG aspects of this game, instead of the 'chosen one' and 'civil war' story lines.

All summed up, get it. You'll love that you'll regret it.

The gold standard of RPG games.
Skyrim is a masterpiece. If you're on this page, chances are, you're a big RPG fan. Or, at least, you're aware of the genre. No doubt, then, you've heard of Skyrim. It needs no introduction. Special Edition builds on Skyrim with 5 years of technical engine improvements, which vastly increase the performance, graphics and general polish/quality of the game. The story and general gameplay remains the same, but you can definitely feel the improvements. Everything just looks a little nicer, feels a little snappier, and the game generally plays smoother. I don't have a single bad word to say about Skyrim or Skyrim SE. Not one. It's a must-play for anyone who calls themselves an RPG game fan. Just buy it, you won't regret it. Trust me.

A CLassic Remstered.
Where to begin with Skyrim SE?

Let us Start with the Big one, Graphics.

With the upgrade from 480p (SD) to 1080p(HD) for its textures and lighting effects you can immediately see a major difference between LE and SE with every thing from rocks to armor to your weapons looking better.

With the way light filters through Trees, Ruins, And Holes In Caves the addition of Volumetric God Rays Brings a whole new level of immersion.

With the Screen Space Reflection Lighting sources give of more realistic light instead of a area of light like the Older Version.

The new Water Shaders are nice but not as good of mods such as Pure Waters.

Speaking of Mods lets talk about them.

With the addition of Native Support for modding via the Mod Browser, Skyrim Modding is more accessible than ever.

When it comes to Heavier Modding you will require SKSE which the Steam version Thankfully has Support For, Unlike The Windows 10 Version.

Now, onto some Niche things.

If you were familiar with LE Console Commands you will be happy to hear that they are the Same as they were.

If you expected bugs from LE to be fixed in SE you will be disappointed to hear that most did not get fixed.

So to summarize, With all the the graphical updates and and minor bug fixes along with the increased modding capability's SE is a worthy Upgrade to Skyrim and even at full price is worth it, But on CDKeys You can find it commonly for less than 15$ or the equivalent in other currency.

So whether your New to The Skyrim Or A Skyrim Vet SE is the best way to play it.

So, first of all, the game is pretty good looking, seeing as it is quite an old game. I did run into some issues though. For example, the physics engine bugs out completely at a monitor speed over 60 Hz, which is a shame.

Masterpiece!
This game is just the best. Played hundreds of hours of the game and never gets old. Had it on Xbox 360 then got Xbox one special edition on day one for mods support on console and now have it on Pc because now I can get better FPS and better mods.

A classic!
I had to upgrade to the SE in anticipation of the overhaul mods Skyblivion and Skywind. This game is a classic that I'm sure evry gamer has heard of. No issues purchasing from CDKeys which activated fine on Steam.

Very excited to have another go, always laughed how the trolls slam you sky high !

Skyrim is a game that will forever be known as a masterpiece of RPG games. Few games can compete with this game, and it's been one of my all time favorites since it released. I've owned it on every platform, and am happy to now own it on PC as well. 10/10, could never suggest it enough!

There's not a lot more one can say about this game. I actually came to it quite late (3 years after it was released). It's an engrossing game, its story is interesting enough to want to press on and actually complete the main quest line and the world never gets old. This will be my third playthrough, though I'm sure many more people will have played it far more than I have, which is testament to how versatile and addictive it can be.

I used to play this game as a little kid. I always thought that Skyrim was overpriced on Steam but was always tempted to get it even with the outrageous cost. My friend told me about this website a long time ago and I had just remembered it and I was so glad that I found the game for such a low price. I'm definitely going to use this website more and I heard that if I leave good reviews, the website team will pick and might just let you get a free game. I hope that I will be thought of to play a variety of games. Personally I hope that I get keys for the new Avengers game and Cyberpunk 2077. I will tell all my friends about this site!

Cdkeys is amazing.

Another flawless purchase, cheap prices
The original Skyrim included with all it's DLC at a great discounted price, the Product Key worked like usual. Would recommend this game for a bountiful modding experience, can't really vouch for the Special Edition unless you want game stability for higher end computers. Otherwise, this is a good starter for first timers as well.

Awesome game!
This game is amazing! Full of hundreds of missions, collectables and you can even use mods! Very addictive. The combat is fast paced, you can level up, increase skills, there's ALOT to do. Overall i give this game a 9.3/10.
