When you buy a game that is on pre-order, we typically email the CD Key on the day of release. 

Please check the date and time of release in your timezone. 

It’s unusual for this to happen, but sometimes the email about your key can get caught in your spam folder. Please check both your spam folder and your promotions inbox (if you have one) for your email.

If you purchased with either PayPal or Apple Pay, please check the email account associated with these payment methods if it’s different to the one you selected when checking out.

If your key hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of your order, please contact our friendly support team. They will assist you.

For pre-order games, we typically share the key via email on the day of release shortly before or after the official release date.

Prices are displayed on our site in all major currencies including GBP, USD, EUR, AUD etc. However, you will be billed in GBP. We also accept transactions in Crypto.

At checkout, there is a section called ‘Gift Card’. Simply enter the gift card number here and hit apply.

The gift card can not be exchanged for cash. 

No problem. If the cart value is greater than the gift card amount, you will just need to pay the difference.

You can use the gift card multiple times. The remaining balance will stay on the gift card until you either spend the entire value or the card expires.

The gift card expires 365 days from purchase date.
