CDKoins Terms & Conditions

The CDKoins Loyalty Program is operated under the terms and conditions set out below. By using CDKoins you agree that you have:

• Read and accept these rules and that you have read and accepted the website terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy
• Consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by the company and the loyalty program in accordance with the company’s privacy policy

You also assent that:

• All Loyalty Program benefits, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed or removed in any way, shape or form, at any time, without any notice
• CDKeys can change the amount earned per purchase at any time, including removing the amount altogether, with no notice
• CDKoins is subject to a fair use policy. CDKoins may be revoked or not added to a user’s account if there are signs or evidence that a user:
  • is trying to manipulate the system
  • is attempting to bulk buy on CDKeys.com
  • is utilizing CDKoins in conjunction with other cashback or rewards systems, such as through CDKeys’ affiliate program
  • is trying to expose any flaw or system on the website or a third-party platform
• A maximum of up to 99% of the value of the order can be redeemed with CDKoins, 1% of the monetary value must be paid through the available payment methods.
• CDKoins will be credited after a minimum of 10 (TEN) working days after purchase. Redemption of CDKoins will be available to redeem on the customer’s account only after internal checks have been completed and CDKeys.com is satisfied that the customer meets all the criteria
• CDKoins can not be earned on Top-Ups cards.
• CDKeys reserves the right to remove CDKoins’ accrual from certain member accounts without reason or explanation
• CDKoins are not transferrable from one account to another, and not sellable. CDKoins cannot be withdrawn from an account and the amount cannot be transferred as cash or to a bank account
• CDKeys reserves the right to remove CDKoins from a customer’s account if they have not been utilised after a certain period of time or if there is a long period of inactivity on the customer’s account
• CDKoins will not be credited to any account if a user has made a guest purchase

Any Koins that are earned from a purchase will be deducted if a refund is requested later.
