Give the gift of gaming with a CDKeys gift card. CDKeys Gift Cards can be used by anyone to buy their favourite games and memberships.
Gift Card – Terms and Conditions
Gift cards can be used in full or in part towards a purchase of games, memberships, and top-ups on CDKeys.com.
The gift card values are £5, £10, £20, and £50. If you are browsing the site in a currency other than GBP, you will see a converted value alongside each card. For example, the USD value of a £10 card is shown if your currency is set to USD.
The recipient will receive the CDKeys Gift Card via email. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is correct. CDKeys cannot change the recipient’s email address after purchase, or offer refunds on a gift card that has been purchased with an erroneous email address.
Gift card will be sent to the recipient usually within a couple of minutes. If not received, please ensure the recipient checks their junk/spam email. If still not received you are welcome to submit a ticket to our customer service team here.
If the recipient does not use the full gift card amount it can be redeemed in subsequent purchases until it expires
Where a gift card holder wants to buy a product with a higher balance than is on the gift card, they will be required to pay the difference in value through any of the available payment methods.
The gift card has an expiry date, which is one year (365 days) from the date it was created.
No CDKoins (CDKeys loyalty programme) will be earned when purchasing a gift card.
CDKoins cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
It is the gift card recipient’s responsibility to ensure the gift card code is kept confidential and not shared with anyone. If a gift card is used without the consent of the gift card holder or is lost, CDkeys cannot replace or reimburse the amount of the gift card.
Gift cards cannot be used for wholesale/bulk buying. Any users who try to purchase products in bulk with gift cards will have their account and/or the gift card deactivated.
CDKeys reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to suspend or discontinue the gift card scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond CDKeys.com control. CDKeys reserves the right to suspend gift card for certain accounts should they find to be in violation of the CDKeys terms and conditions.
CDKeys gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
