I tried playing without the legacy editions dlc on epic games but felt quite restricted without it. This pack gives you pretty much everything you will ever need. If your considering saving for payday 3 I'd just buy this too just to have it in case PD3 has a rough launch(which is a possibility for any new release in this day and age lol).
