I was very afraid to purchase, however for the price I took a shot. And BOOM! I got the code sent to my phone and after verifying on the site I was Emailed the picture of the code. And when I entered it into www.xbox.com, redeem code, and BOOM! the time was added to my account. It really works!

Xbox Live membership
I don't normally leave reviews but credit where credit is due, this is a brilliant service. It's by far the cheapest way to buy Live membership, the service I received was faultless and incredibly fast - I had my membership key code literally within minutes of purchase (I used PayPal) and after a verification email and text I was up and running with Xbox Gold. Press the View button on the controller to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.
Enter your unique code that’s displayed on the ‘Orders’ page of CDKeys.com and select Next, and then follow the prompts.

Web Browser:

On your PC or phone’s browser, navigate to https://redeem.microsoft.com
Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials (make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with).

Microsoft Store on Windows:
